If you could only pick one stone, then Calcite would be it.  It's amazing powers has something for everyone and everything.  Calcite is an amplifier of energy and perfect for helping release negativity.  It is effective in forgiveness and anger management. 

Because Calcite is so effective at clearing negative energies, it is helpful at reducing fear and relieving stress.  It detoxifies and purifiers and can be used to clear negativity from a room. It's effectiveness in reconciliation helps with relationships, bringing grounding and centering. Calcite helps adjust attitudes from negative to positive and puts arguments in perspective.  It creates balance and is grounding.

Two additional factors help Calcite become the stone of choice if you can only have one stone. 

1). Calcite affects all four levels of your being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

2). Because of Calcite's pure milky white color, it has a neutral base that can easily be paired with any other color.  This means that if you are doing work with the solar plexus, then you can pair it intentionally with the color orange.
